✧ Introduction

Welcome to TUWC Healing. By booking a session, purchasing a product, or engaging with this site or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect the integrity of the space, honour mutual respect, and ensure a clear understanding between us.

✧ Services Provided

TUWC Healing offers mobile and virtual services including but not limited to bodywork (remedial massage, craniosacral therapy, bowen therapy), energy healing, intuitive channeling, coaching, ceremonial facilitation, and written transmissions. All services are holistic and spiritually guided — not medical or diagnostic in nature.

✧ Client Responsibility

• Clients must be 18+ or have express parental/guardian consent.
• Sessions are not a replacement for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant physical or mental health concerns during booking.
• You agree to show up on time, be present, and honour the container you are entering.

✧ Booking, Payment & Refunds

• All bookings are secured with pre-payment unless otherwise arranged.
• Payment confirms your session time and agreement with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
• Refunds are not offered for completed services or digital downloads unless required by law.
• Refunds for cancellations are handled in alignment with the cancellation policy.

✧ Mobile Sessions

• Mobile sessions are available within a defined radius (typically 20km from Kelmscott unless agreed otherwise).
• Clients must provide a clean, quiet, and safe space for setup and session delivery.
• If the practitioner arrives and cannot access the property or the client is not present, the session is treated as a no-show (full fee retained).

✧ Client Confidentiality

All personal and session information is held in strict confidence. Client records are stored securely and will never be shared without written consent, unless required by law or to prevent harm.

✧ Intellectual Property

All written content, courses, PDFs, rituals, and digital offerings are the intellectual property of TUWC Healing and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

✧ Energetic Integrity

This is sacred work. Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the client relationship and no refund will be given. TUWC Healing reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion to protect the energetic field and safety of all parties.

✧ Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of the website and services implies acceptance of the current version.
