The Nervous System Reset is a 45-minute mobile craniosacral session designed to gently guide your system out of fight, flight, or freeze and back into a state of rest, safety, and regulation.
This session uses light touch along the cranial base and sacrum to support your body’s innate healing rhythm, while energetic scanning and intuitive dialogue help unwind subtle holding patterns in the field.
