About the Initiative

More than 122,000 people in Australia face homelessness every night — many carrying stories of trauma, family breakdown, domestic violence, addiction, or systemic failure. Streets to Success is our sacred response: a year-long sanctuary village where individuals can stabilize, heal, reconnect to purpose, and rebuild their lives in a community designed for restoration.

The Village Model

Our village is not a shelter — it is a community for sovereign rebuilding. Every participant receives:

• ✔️ A private tiny home within a supportive healing village
• ✔️ Trauma-informed mentorship and spiritual guidance
• ✔️ Daily structure, wellbeing practices, and communal rituals
• ✔️ Shared meals, gardens, animals, and community contribution roles
• ✔️ Purpose discovery and enterprise development
• ✔️ Transitional support into long-term housing and independence

All healing work within the village is rooted in the Tri-Unity Healing Framework™ — our holistic, trauma-informed model integrating personal healing, relational harmony, and purposeful living.

Purpose Pathways™ Integration

Every participant in Streets to Success engages with Purpose Pathways™, our vocational and soulwork development stream. This includes:

• ✔️ Skill-building and micro-enterprise exploration
• ✔️ Creative expression, wellness practices, and community leadership
• ✔️ Apprenticeships and partner-supported employment pathways
• ✔️ One-on-one purpose and life direction coaching

Healing leads to purpose. Purpose leads to empowerment. Empowerment leads to independence.

Guidance & Governance

Streets to Success is supported by the TUWC Foundation’s Wisdom Council — a circle of respected elders who offer cultural integrity, ethical stewardship, and spiritual oversight as the program grows.

Funding Tiers (Every Contribution Matters)

• $50 – contributes to weekly meals, hygiene, and basic support
• $300 – supports mentorship, counselling, and spiritual care
• $1,200 – helps one participant through a full month
• $12,000+ – sponsors a complete transformation journey

Prelaunch Financial Vision

• Land & Site Development: $250,000
• 10+ Tiny Homes & Communal Buildings: $400,000
• Program Design & Staffing: $200,000
• Gardens, Facilities, Equipment: $100,000
• First Year Operations: $150,000

Total Prelaunch Goal: $1,100,000 AUD
