Hearth to Home | TUWC Foundation

Hearth to Home

A long-term healing village where individuals and families rebuild stability, identity, confidence, and purpose after completing their crisis recovery journey.

The Next Step After Safety

Hearth to Home is the second phase in the TUWC Healing Continuum — the bridge between immediate crisis care (Haven to Heal) and long-term independence (Keys for Keeps).

This 12–18 month program provides stable housing, community connection, purpose-building, and emotional/spiritual development for individuals and families ready to rise into their next chapter.

Hearth to Home is not just accommodation — it is a transformational village. A place where people rebuild the inner and outer foundations of a meaningful, sovereign life.

Eligibility & Referral Pathway

Hearth to Home welcomes residents who:

  • ✔️ Have completed crisis stabilization (e.g., Haven to Heal)

  • ✔️ Are maintaining sobriety or engaging in recovery pathways

Referrals are accepted from social workers, DV services, youth agencies, and community organisations. All applicants move through the TUWC Welcome Pathway™ to ensure alignment and safety.
