Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because this work is sacred, prepared in advance, and offered in the intimate space of your home, clear energetic boundaries are essential to protect both of us.

✧ Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• 24+ hrs notice: No fee — simply reschedule via your email link or contact me directly.
• Less than 24 hrs: 50% of the session fee is retained to honour the preparation, travel coordination, and time reserved.
• Frequent late reschedules: (3+ times) may result in a pause on future bookings to preserve energetic clarity.

✧ Cancellations

• 24+ hrs notice: You may request a full refund or apply the session fee as credit toward a future session.
• Less than 24 hrs: 50% of the fee is retained. The remainder may be transferred as a credit.
• No-shows: If no notice is given and the session is missed, the full fee is retained.

✧ Mobile Sessions & Home Access

As I travel to you, it’s important that the space is accessible and that someone is present at the scheduled time.

• Please ensure I have access to the space at the agreed time.
• If I arrive and no one is home or access is not possible, the session is marked as a no-show, and the full session fee is retained.
• If you're running late, message me as soon as possible. I will do my best to hold the session in a shorter timeframe if possible — but this is not guaranteed.

✧ Compassion Clause

If you're cancelling due to illness, emergency, grief, dysregulation, or life upheaval, please reach out directly. I hold space for honesty and humanity, and we can often work together to find a gentle path forward.
