Our Mixed-Model of Care

To meet the varying needs of Elders in our communities, Wisdom Weavers offers flexible pathways:

• Long-Term Living — a permanent home infused with dignity, love, and nature.
• Respite Stays — short-term sanctuary during illness, grief, transition, or caregiver breaks.
• Healing & Cultural Stays — intentional time for emotional, spiritual, or cultural reconnection.
• Day Sanctuary Programs — meals, circles, crafts, gardening, and intergenerational activities.

This model ensures no Elder is ever left without community, care, or purpose.
